How to redeem codes

To redeem codes in Dinosaur Simulator, open the Promo Codes button in the Main Menu - accessible from the main screen before entering any map. Type or paste your code in the text box and click Redeem. Codes are case-sensitive and are one-time use per account.

Codes distribute DNA (typically 10,000 DNA per milestone code), SDNA (Special DNA, awarded by codes like SUPERDNA), and occasionally exclusive dinosaur species or cosmetic skins not purchasable by any other means. DNA codes at each like milestone are effectively a predictable reward system - ChickenEngineer announces the next milestone in the game description. SDNA codes and species codes are rarer and appear during events, partnerships, or special occasions. Code-exclusive species, once their code expires, become permanently unavailable through normal gameplay and are among the most valued items in the trading community.

The most reliable sources for new codes are @ChickenEngineer on Twitter/X, the Unhatched Games Discord, and the Roblox game description itself - the developer typically posts active codes and upcoming milestones directly there. New DNA codes release at like-count milestones roughly every 10,000 to 30,000 likes.

Ask in our Discord

How do I redeem codes in Dinosaur Simulator?

Open the Promo Codes button in the Main Menu before entering any map, type or paste your code exactly as shown, and click Redeem. Codes are case-sensitive and one-time use per account.

Why isn't my Dinosaur Simulator code working?

The code may have expired, been typed with wrong capitalization, or already been redeemed on your account. Check the expired codes section to confirm whether the code is still valid before assuming it is broken. Some codes are event-specific and expire at the end of the seasonal window.

What do Dinosaur Simulator codes give you?

Codes give DNA (typically 10,000 per milestone code), SDNA (Special DNA for the rarest species), or exclusive dinosaur species and cosmetic skins not available through any other means. Species codes unlock unique dinosaurs like the Anomalocaris or event-exclusive creatures that become permanently unavailable after the code expires.

How often do new Dinosaur Simulator codes release?

New DNA codes release at like-count milestones - roughly every 10,000 to 30,000 likes. ChickenEngineer announces the next milestone in the game description, so checking there reveals when the next code is expected. Species codes appear during special events or creator partnerships and are less predictable.

Where do I find new Dinosaur Simulator codes?

The most reliable sources are @ChickenEngineer on Twitter/X and the Unhatched Games Discord, where milestone codes are announced as soon as they release. The Roblox game description also displays active codes and the next upcoming milestone directly.
